Age Requirement

When you agree to these terms and conditions, you are hereby stating that you are over 18 years, or 21 years of age, depending on your local laws, and that it is legal in your area to use Usenet. You also may not let someone else who does not meet these requirements have access to your account.

Content

You must understand that all of the content, information and materials accessible from the Usenet newsgroups through our service is solely the responsibility of the original party. Usenetwork.com assumes no risk in what is accessed, since it is a public forum. Usenetwork.com has no obligation to monitor any of the content or its usage, but understand that Usenetwork.com has the right to monitor the service. Posting of content is not available at Usenetwork.com; only downloading of available content is allowed.

Software & Download

You need to install our software Usenet Downloader to start downloading. After the program installs it will be added to the start menu and a shortcut will be placed on your desktop for easy access. Program updates will be installed automatically before the program starts and all .nzb files will be associated with Usenet Downloader.

Amount of traffic for Unlimited Plan is limited to 100GB for security reasons.

Automatic Renewal

All of the plans available on Usenetwork.com are set to renew automatically, unless a request for subscription cancellation is received. You may upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription in any other way through your account page on the site, as well as file a cancellation request. Otherwise, your invoice will be charged to your account every month with regular prices, regardless of promotional offers.

Refund/Cancellation policy

We allow refunds only if you didn't download anything, otherwise refund is not possible. Please read the FAQ section as well as the Terms of service in order to avoid any misunderstanding and in order to understand how UseNetWork works. Please note that refund is not possible for subscription renewals as you can cancel it anytime.

To cancel automatic renewal of your your subscription, just go the "Subscription" section in the member area and press "Cancel" button.

Copyright Infringement

You agree to not infringe on any copyright laws throughout your searches on Usenet through Usenetwork.com's service by transferring any copywritten content through the service, or allowing them to be transferred or stored without the expressed permission of the copyright holder.

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Usenetwork.com has set up an e-mail address in order to receive notification of alleged copyright infringement along the Usenet service. You may only report copyright infringement through this avenue. If you believe that any of your copyrighted work is infringed upon, please send a copyright infringement notification as per the requirements of the DMCA to the following online form.
